Omelet with pepper, onions, and ham covered in salsa
Four strips of turkey bacon
Honey Dew slice

Lunch:  1145
4 egg whites, 2 yolks
5 strips of low sodium bacon (it's all I had ready)
1 Lara Bar

Snack: 1400
Muscle Milk

Dinner: 2100
2 chicken breasts
metric fuck ton of broccoli
