Pre and post workout shake 0420/0600

Breakfast: 0730
Omelet with ham, peppers, and onions.
1 spoonful of salsa
2 thin slices of ham
1 apple
1 pear

Lunch: 1210
Two chicken boobs, salsa
Around 1/4lb of broccoli
