Day 16

pre/post workout shake : 0430/0605

Breakfast: 0710
Omlet with ham, peppers, onions, and jalapenos
3 turkey sausage links

Lunch: 3 bratwursts (it was the only thing the grill had)

Supper: 1800
3 bacon wrapped shrimp
salad w/o cheese and a small amount of italian dressing
Porkchop marinate in balsalmic vinegar
sauteed zucchinni
