Day 12 aka The day I realized that I'm fat

Pre/post workout shake: 0415/0550

Breakfast: 0830
3 eggs, peppers, onion, green onion
1/2 cup salsa

Lunch:  1145
1 super awesome pork chop with grilled deliciousness (some vegetable that is a mild onion)
a bunch of green beans stir fried in bacon

Supper: 1945
20 dry rub wings
handful of celery and carrots

Did my body fat today, NOT happy.  My gear came in the mail, so on saturdays I will start posting BF%, weight, and body circumferences.
