Day 2

Breakfast: 0800
3 eggs, 2 slices of bacon (that's the last of it)
Pre and post workout shake

Lunch: 1230
8 oz steak 1 cup salsa

Dinner: 1930
10 oz steak, 1 green chili
Super awesome salad with avacado and olive oil and lemon juice dressing
