Day 10

Pre and post workout shakes: 0425/0615

Breakfast:0705
Omelet with onions, ham, and pepper
One spoon of salsa (I think there is sugar in the DFAC salsa, i'm going to stop eating it)
Four pieces of turkey bacon

Lunch:1205
Big bowl of turkey chili with fresh jalapenos

Supper: 1845
Four boneless pork chops
1/2lb steamed asparagus

As of today, I'm going strict.  I'm also going to post weekly body circumferences and body fat, along with progress pictures.
