Ditch the agave!
ReplyDeleteREALLY???!!!!! b-b-but why?! What can I use instead? I know you're probably going to tell me to not to use anything (besides coconut milk) in my coffee...am I correct?
ReplyDeleteYou are correct. You still get the same insulin response from agave that you get from sugar. Plus first thing in the AM is the worst time to spike your insulin, Any kind of stevia/sugar substitute/pseudo sugar/dehydrated honey is all just sugar in a nice tux. Think about it...how much do you really really really need it?
