Day One (Tuesday, March 6)

Breakfast (never usually deviate from this): 0630

2 scrambled eggs
16 oz travel coffee mug with coffee, 2 oz Goya coconut milk, 1 tbs raw agave nectar
2 food enzymepills, 1 pill Mg, 1 tsp fish oil and 1 capsule Olive leaf supplement

Snack: 0830
4 chunks each of honeydew and cantalope

Lunch:
slept through it

Dinner: 1900 (at work)
Grilled chicken with buffalo sauce, lettuce, tomato, red onion, avocado and about 1 tsp Ranch dressing (never said I was going 100% here)
