k.  today I ran a full gamut of measurements in addition to recording my food.  here we go:

BF%: 24.3 (-1.7%)
Neck: 18.5
Waist: 38.50
Thighs: 28.25

Breakfast/lunch: 1130
3 pork chops
1/2 lb broccoli

Day 16

pre/post workout shake: 0830/1000

breakfast/lunch: 1030
8oz chicken breast
1 lb broccoli

Dinner:
Med pizza from dominos (yeah, I cheated)

Day 15

Pre/post workout shake: 0430/0600

Breakfast: 0710
Omelet w/HPO
3 pieces turkey sausage

Lunch:  1130
Burrito bowl w/ steak, fajitas, hot salsa, pico, and lettuce

Dinner: 1830
8 oz chicken breast
1/2 cup broccoli
