Day 12 aka The day I realized that I'm fat

3 eggs, peppers, onion, green onion
1/2 cup salsa

1 super awesome pork chop with grilled deliciousness (some vegetable that is a mild onion)
a bunch of green beans stir fried in bacon

20 dry rub wings
handful of celery and carrots

Did my body fat today, NOT happy.  My gear came in the mail, so on saturdays I will start posting BF%, weight, and body circumferences.

Day 20

I found out today that I am house-bound for one more week.  FML. 
I can't wait to be all healed up so I can stop relying on Ryan to make dinner.  It's not that he makes bad choices when he cooks, it's just that he doesn't cook, usually, more than 3-4 nights a week.

B.A.S. (Big Ass Salad) with chicken and light (NO sugar) Newman's Oil and Vinegar (and other spices added) dressing

This was my "cheat" day, everything was paleo, just unfavorable paleo.

Days 9 and 10

I haven't posted for a couple of days because I was in more pain Wed and Thur than I have been since Monday (when I got the cast).  Part of that could be due to the fact that I didn't really "rest" much on Tues and Wed morning, causing more discomfort Wed afternoon and all day Thurs; not to mention, I lost my balance Thurs morning and fell on my cast (I tried not to, but I couldn't help it).  Except for breakfast Wed morning, I have been in and out of sleep for the past two days and only ate dinner bc Ryan made me eat before I took my meds.  I have only taken my pain meds in the evening to help me sleep through the night.  I think my body has been forcing me to sleep during the day bc of the pain and lack of meds.

Wednesday:
Breakfast: 2 eggs
Dinner:  1 grass fed beef patty-no cheese, no condiments

Thursday:
Dinner:  1 pork chop with green beans (minus the beans)

Day 7-Monday

No breakfast because I was unsure if they would want to do surgery.

I'm trying to eat because I need to eat in general and bc of the percocet, but it's hard.

Day 6-Sunday

Breakfast-Lunch:

I didn't eat much-fruit cup, cashews and a cliff bar.

My stomach was not agreeing with much of anything, probably bc of the meds.

Dinner:

Subway chicken wrap, no cheese, light sweet onion sauce

I ate really crappy today, I am not doing well on these meds. Hopefully, I can make tomorrow better.

After massage with Cross, she let me have a dark chocolate individually wrapped Giradelhi (sp?)square

Panera Bread-BBQ chopped chicken salad and steak chili-NO cornbread.
Dinner: leftover steak from Monday night

Day Two

Breakfast: 0800
2 scrambled eggs
